Mr. Theo displayed a level of professionalism that helped bring the information he was teaching easier to comprehend. He had great communication throughout the class. He also was very detailed with his assessment feedback. My overall experience was a roller coaster of emotions. By the end of the week, I was confident that the information was retained. I came into this class not knowing anything at all about Phased Array, by the end of the week I felt strong enough to be able to speak the language with confidence.

Carrier hired Mr. Young as our level III consultant to utilize in our ASME work. Mr. Young performed beyond expectations on a major capital project, his knowledge of standards and ability to quickly grasp company specifications was key to completing the project on time. His ability to take on multiple roles throughout the changing phases of a capital project and NDE knowledge was greatly appreciated.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and had a different approach if I did not understand something. I was able to ask questions and had time to retain and study. I learned a lot; I am very satisfied with the class.
