I liked the relatability and comfortability of the instructors. There was a good mix of fun and study. Regular like conversations friendly in between lesson.
Mr. Theo Young is the type of instructor who teaches with the intent of the students learning the subject matter. I've had instructors in the past, who taught simply to display how much they know, without regard for students seeking to learn.
Mr. Young is a very knowledgeable Lvl III across the board. He helped our company out immensely in the past with procedures and testing. I highly recommend his services.
Lots of hands on and in-depth training, tips and tricks. Great Class, Great Instructors!
I definitely learned more than I expected. Great reading material and practice work. All the questions were answered and explained. I liked the hands-on approach and how the instructor focused on making sure we were on the same page.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and had a different approach if I did not understand something. I was able to ask questions and had time to retain and study. I learned a lot; I am very satisfied with the class.
